Public offer

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Idea Match Studio web application at idea-match.studio — software for working with a candidate database, vacancies, comparison and matching, resume preparation and interviews. Access is provided as a service over the internet; no copies of the software are handed over.

Current plans are published inside the application and on idea-match.studio. Prices are shown without payment-system fees. Payment is taken in hryvnia, US dollars or euro at the Customer's choice; when it is not in dollars, the amount is converted at the rate shown in the account at the moment of payment.

Payment is made in advance for one calendar month. Access to a paid plan opens once the money arrives and lasts 30 days. If it is not renewed, three days after the paid period ends the account moves to the Free plan: the data, candidates, vacancies and history all stay, and only the paid features are switched off.

A new account gets 7 days of full access at no cost. When that week ends the account moves to the Free plan in the same way — nothing is charged for the trial period.

The Provider undertakes to keep the service available and to hold the Customer's data in line with the Privacy Policy and the Data & Security page.

The Customer undertakes not to use the service for data obtained unlawfully, and is responsible for the legal grounds on which the personal data of the candidates they upload is processed.

The Provider is not responsible for hiring decisions the Customer makes, nor for the content the Customer uploads. Scores and texts produced with the help of artificial intelligence are advisory and need to be checked by a person.

The agreement runs from the moment of payment until the end of the paid period, and continues for each further month that is paid for. The Customer may stop using the service at any time by not paying for the next period.
